At Dagmar Dharma Wellness, we’re here to guide you on a journey of healing and transformation. Led by Dagmar, a seasoned yoga Facilitator with over 10 years of experience, we offer a safe, inclusive space for all—whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi.
Dagmar believes yoga is for the willing, not the flexible, and her approach is rooted in mindfulness, movement, and community. She specializes in working with beginners and the active aging population, helping each person feel at home in their body.
When not Facilitating yoga, Dagmar enjoys Salsa, Zumba, and adventures with her partner and their Yorkie, Spartacus. Her mission is simple: to help you grow, heal, and feel balanced on and off the mat.
